Patti spens most of her time preparing the rempahs from scratch, using both old-fashioned and modern technology... by that, she means the 'tumbok-tumbok' or the electric grinder.
Patti caters for most family functions and even every-day lunches/dinners for folks with no time to cook.
She shuttles her time between Singapore where she does her catering and rempah/cake orders and Malacca where she is able to think and create new ideas and dishes.
