My Specialized Home Fitness Training can use the basic gym equipment provided within most condominiums, and being equipped with my home Fitness Kit, i will also be able to work with you right in your own home, with resistance bands & dumbbells should such a facility not be available

This new concept in training also means you only have to dedicate time to your health and I take care of the rest, picking you up at your home, providing a comfortable exercise space, and then returning you to your home!

All the fitness programs I offer are personalized and best of all, they are affordable.
