The classes encourage bonding with your unborn baby, plus an increased awareness of the effects of your physical movements on the baby.
InspireMumTM Pre-natal yoga classes include a series of properly sequenced yoga asanas, incorporating voice sound, pranayama practice and end with a relaxation session that integrate the effects of the practice.
