Some of the exciting new flavours include steamed crab meat dumpling with cordycep flowers in superior broth which oozes the sweet succulence of the crab meat combined with tasty broth in silky skin and steamed minced duck in charcoal bun which boasts a perfect skin texture enveloping luscious minced duck meat. The steamed pandan lava buns flavoured with salted egg yolk is an innovative mix of sweet and savoury flavours and every mouthful is a burst of goodness.
Other popular favourites from the steam selection include steamed chicken claw with black pepper, steamed rice roll with fresh prawn fillings, steamed pork and prawn dumpling, Sichuan pork dumpling with chilli oil and the all-time favourite steamed Shanghainese style pork dumpling which consists of pleated dumplings with minced pork in a flavourful broth wrapped with a velvety, smooth skin. Vegetarians can opt for steamed dumpling with wild mushrooms which are delicious and healthy at the same time.
Diners who prefer the fried varieties can go for crispy-fried beancurd stuffed with prawns and chives, fragrant pan-fried carrot cake with conpoy, deep-fried crispy eggplant with minced meat and deep-fried waffle roll with prawn and banana.
