Oysters are as good as that they are fresh. With our farm in Singapore, we probably have the freshest LIVE oysters in town! Delivered to you frrom farm to table on the same day! Just like Singapore, our farm does not have seasons. We have the oysters all year round. Always enjoy the freshest oysters anytime of the year! Having the farm in Singapore means we work very closely with the local food and safety authority and comply with the strict food laws in Singapore. To preserve freshness, we deliver the oysters ""live and kicking"" in their shells. We insist on delivering them un-shucked, The simple reason is that the oyster dies seconds after shucking, And that compromises the freshness and therefore taste significantly.
