Healthmark Medical Clinic (Punggol)

I have been tolerating its long waiting time because it's the nearest clinic. But yesterday, the frontdesk made a fool out of my husband. He booked an appointment and indicated that he is coming for the last dose of his previously reserved vaccine. He also told the frontdesk that he is coming for the vaccine. Then, he had to wait 45 minutes after his appointment time, and THEN the frontdesk said the vaccine was used. We have already paid $700+ for the vaccines and we have every right to expect it to be there, timely. Now my husband is not vaccinated within 6 months. The clinic refuses to compensate. Greedy clinic who only wants to take money. Sure, you may use the reserved vaccine provided you ensure that the delivery is within a day or so. Unprofessional.
