The Moving Body Group provides a holistic approach to help clients achieve freedom through movement. Pilates, GYROTONIC®, Functional Training, Physiotherapy and Massage sessions, with our highly trained multi-national instructors, are available to support our clients' goals. In our effort to offer the most current practices, we have established The Movement Academy - which also serves a Pilates and GYROTONIC® certification center. At our flagship studio, which spans over 4000 square feet, aspiring and current teaching professionals have access to the widest range of Pilates and GYROTONIC® equipment in Singapore. Our organization is committed to delivering quality instruction with cutting-edge equipment that will positively impact our clients across the country.
